Swiss Re is seeking an Event Operations Specialist in Mexico City to own the operational engine of events—from registrations to emails and data accuracy. You will manage in-person, virtual and hybrid formats, coordinate speaker access, rehearsals and live session logistics, and ensure timely reporting.
You will collaborate with Marketing colleagues across regions, applying process excellence and attention to detail to deliver high-quality event experiences.
