**Availability**: Monday to Sunday, within 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. (two continuous days off assigned by the operation: Fri-Sat, Sat-Sun, or Sun-Mon)
**About the Role**
The Customer Service Associate is the first point of contact for clients, responsible for answering calls with professionalism and empathy, documenting inquiries, and providing excellent service.
This role requires attention to detail, bilingual communication skills, and the ability to manage client/provider information accurately.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Document and resolve client inquiries.
- Conduct consultations for potential cases.
- Sign up new clients electronically and set initial clinic appointments.
- Meet walk-in clients and coordinate with partner firms.
Must-Have Requirements
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in customer service or call centers (BPO).
- **Languages**: Bilingual - English & Spanish.
