**DESCRIPTION**:
This role requires the ability to keep composure in fast-moving situations, embrace ambiguity, quickly get up to speed on complex issues, anticipate community partner questions/reactions, and formulate thorough messaging strategies that position Amazon as the local employer of choice.

Key job responsibilities
- Enables hiring through local vendor partnerships.
- Identifies and develops programs and initiatives aimed at eliminating local employment barriers.
- Creates and executes marketing plans, based upon data to implement scalable hiring strategies for geographies.
- Owns the establishment and maintenance of long-term relationships with centers-of-influence and select workforce organizations.
Builds and fosters workforce development relationships that demonstrate return on investment.
- Gains and maintains awareness of labor markets and their impact on Amazon's near and long-term hourly staffing needs.
A day in the life
- Identifies and schedules Drop-in events, hiring fairs, information sessions, etc. to drive hires.
- Researches and executes opportunities and coordinates activity related to large scale community events such as conferences and job fairs that will drive hires.
- Leads and drives projects of increasing scale and complexity, and manages programs through to completion
- Must be able to travel as needed to conduct events in various locations within your designated assigned geographical area.
Regional travel up to 50% of the time required.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent
- Knowledge of data analytics with tools such as Tableau, SQL, Quick-sight
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Experience in conducting investigative work, including claimant, witness, and target employee interviews, investigative data analysis, and production of investigative documentation
- Experience developing policies and supporting documentation
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
- Experience with employing marketing strategies to acquire new customers, nurture leads, drive adoption and accelerate growth
