Lead ISO certification and recertification activities. Implement and maintain advanced process controls aligned with NADCAP requirements for special processes, while ensuring robust process documentation, validation, and continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. More than 5 years of experience in metal-mechanical manufacturing environments, with proven experience in manufacturing engineering and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong knowledge of process documentation, validation, and control. Advanced English proficiency to communicate with international teams. Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills.
