YOUR TASKS

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist (Sales Scheduling) II to support customer service and logistics operations while ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). This role will act as a key link between customers, production planning, sales, warehouse operations, accounting, and third-party logistics providers to guarantee on-time delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

- Manage customer schedules and sales order activities through SAP and customer portals.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).




- Generate and analyze customer reports related to delivery performance, fill rate, claims, and OTIF metrics.
- Coordinate deliveries, credits, and order management activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain customer accounts and support EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, planners, buyers, sales teams, warehouse operations, accounting, and logistics providers.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

- 2-3 years of experience in automotive/manufacturing
- Advanced English
- SAP & customer portals experience
- Knowledge of sales orders, purchase orders, EDI, and customer account management
- Strong analytical and communication skills
