PROJECT MANAGER (ADVANCE)

YOUR TASKS

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute international projects with full responsibility for scope, quality, timing, cost, and customer expectations.
- Lead international and interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate activities across integral locations. Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Drive project execution with a focus on performance, accountability, and successful implementation.
- Apply and continuously improve project management standards, methods, processes, and tools.
- Plan, monitor, and achieve project targets related to quality, timing, and commercial performance.
- Coordinate capacity planning and resource allocation with stakeholders and functional leaders.
- Manage work packages and project milestones using established project management systems and methodologies.
- Continuously monitor project performance and adapt project scope when required.
- Coordinate internal and external service providers to ensure project success.
- Manage project status, identify deviations, evaluate impacts, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead engineering change management processes, including evaluation, approval, implementation, and tracking. Develop and facilitate risk and opportunity management processes utilizing qualitative and quantitative assessment techniques.




- Escalate project issues proactively and provide alternative solutions to stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct customer-facing project reviews and steering committee meetings.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies across all project levels.
- Drive Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) by identifying opportunities and implementing optimization initiatives.

Leadership Responsibilities

- Provide functional leadership for project team members.
- Guide, coach, mentor, and support employees in project-related activities.
- Foster collaboration and accountability across cross-functional teams.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and high performance.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Education

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Master's Degree preferred.

Experience

- 5+ years of project management experience in an international manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and customer expectations.
- Experience with engineering change management and product development processes.

- Financial and commercial project understanding.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation capabilities.

- Fluent English required.

Preferred Certifications

- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- IPMA Certification
- PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification
