**Job Summary**
**Required Qualifications and Skills**
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years in a leadership role (Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar).
**Prior experience in BPO recruitment is a must.
**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
A degree in English & French Translation is a strong asset.
- **Languages**: Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish required; French is a strong advantage.
- **Technical Skills**: Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- **Leadership**: Proven experience in team management, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement at Director level.
- **Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for international client interactions and data presentation.
Pay: $60,****** - $70,****** per month
