Were partnering with a**growing U.S.based CPA firm**seeking a proactive**Digital Marketing Specialist**who can take full ownership of their online presence from website management and SEO to social media and content creation.
This role is**perfect for freelancers or professionals**who already manage other projects, as it offers**around 80 hours per month**with flexible scheduling (must overlap with Eastern Time).
**What Youll Do**
- Maintain and optimize the companys WordPress website, ensuring functionality, accurate content, visual consistency, and smooth integration with client portals.
- Develop and manage organic social media content (primarily Facebook), including post scheduling, community engagement, and light paid campaigns if needed.
- Create professional, compliance-friendly content tailored to accounting and financial audiences, including social posts, newsletters, and other digital materials.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals and attract the right clientele.
- Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools; provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Act as the main point of contact for all marketing initiatives, scheduling regular updates with leadership, and being responsive during Eastern business hours.
**What Were Looking For**




- Proven experience in digital marketing across multiple channels.
- Working knowledge of WordPress (current platform), with the ability to evaluate and recommend alternative website solutions if needed.
- Basic video editing skills for social media content (e.g., reels, short videos), with the ability to repurpose content across platforms.
- Ability to implement basic SEO strategies.
- Experience creating content and managing social media for professional services firms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other basic tracking/reporting tools.
- Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and proactively suggest marketing improvements.
- Previous work with U.S.based businesses; **advanced level in English.
