Responsible for the assigned area and for coordinating the activities of a group of Direct Operators and Group Leaders to ensure the execution of the manufacturing schedule based on the production plan, meeting volume, quality, cost, and safety standards.
Resolves any production-related issues in coordination with all support areas.
The Production Supervisor is accountable for achieving manufacturing goals.
**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Manage and supervise direct personnel.
- Execute the manufacturing schedule based on the production plan.
- Monitor and enforce safety rules and ensure compliance among team members.
- Generate cost-saving project ideas.
- Perform problem analysis and implement effective solutions.
- Manage inventory control within the assigned area.
- Conduct engineering reviews.
- Ensure proper shift handover according to established criteria.
- Guarantee adherence to established processes by all team members.
- Prepare daily production reports using assigned tools.
- Understand, participate in, and support all assigned continuous improvement projects.
- Implement and maintain the 5S culture within the manufacturing area.
- Foster a positive and trusting work environment through close engagement with team members.




- Comply with quality policy guidelines and actively work toward achieving relevant quality objectives.
- Perform work safely, efficiently, and ethically.Carry out additional activities assigned by management to support company operations.
**MUST HAVE**:
5 years of experience in similar position, experience with microsoft packages, SAP, experience managing employees and managing manufacturing processes, intermeadiate english level.
