Production Supervisor, Monterrey Plant

The Job:

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll be part of our Operations team working as an onsite employee. You’ll get to:

- Responsible for start-upsend shifts of production lines on time.
- Supervises assigned staff.
- It is responsible for metrics Administration and supervision of associates promoting compliance with EHS and quality guidelines.
- Development of work plan, define priorities and order according to resources.
- Responsible for compliance with the filling of the SQDCP and achievement of goals through continuous improvement.
- Participate in continuous improvement events in assigned lines
- Contribute to the 5's program of the plant, performing its monthly audits assigned on time and following up on the implementation or maintenance in its lines / areas .
- Start/stop production lines/machines on time.
- Follow-up of personnel with incidences of absenteeism or inappropriate behavior.
- Check that the payroll of the associates is processed correctly.
- Provide associates with appropriate protective equipment and replacement.
- Participation in the development of Kaizen events for production lines.

- 3 years of relevant experience in supervisory positions,



management of work teams.
- 5 years of experience in operation processes and manufacturing
- Skills to negotiate and work under pressure.
- Management of Microsoft Office, SAP.
- 70% English, preferably.
- Experience in personnel management.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Teamwork and communication at all levels
