Your Role And Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Internal Orders.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Support end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize financial processes.
- Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO issues in a timely manner.




- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and collaborate with technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with financial standards, controls, and audit requirements.
- Provide user training and create documentation (SOPs, process flows).
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO configuration and support.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and controlling processes.
- At least one full-cycle SAP implementation experience.
- Expertise in FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO modules (Cost Center, Profitability Analysis, etc.).

Experience With SAP S/4HANA Is Preferred

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

- Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).
- Experience with SAP reporting tools (Fiori, SAP BI/BW).
- Understanding of financial compliance (SOX, IFRS, GAAP).
- Certification in SAP FICO or S/4HANA Finance.
- Experience with automation and process improvement initiatives.
