The Demand Planner Jr. is responsible for supporting demand forecasting and analysis to ensure accurate information for decision-making across the supply chain.
This role works closely with sales, purchasing, and production teams to align demand plans with operational capacity, leveraging analytical tools and statistical models.
1 Collect and clean historical sales and inventory data.
2 Create dashboards and reports in Power BI for KPI tracking.
3 Analyze deviations between actual demand and forecast, recommending adjustments.
4 Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to ensure alignment between demand and capacity.
5 Maintain planning parameters in ERP/MRP systems.
6 Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for forecasting and data analysis processes.
7 Plan the level of employability, short,



medium, and long term.
8 Analyze deviations (demand vs. forecast) and adjust plans as needed.
9 Improve, develop, and implement planning and reporting tools through the use of ERP, Excel, and BI.
10 Refining and actively managing planning data and assumptions to improve the accuracy of planning.
