**Your future role**
You'll drive effective performance for the Global Supply Chain team, ensuring seamless operations and impactful results.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as Planning, Procurement, and Logistics), lead process optimization initiatives, and much more.

- Leading and managing the Global Supply Chain team to meet performance objectives.
- Developing and implementing strategies for efficient supply chain operations.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Supporting the team in resolving operational challenges.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
