Job Summary

El Operations Training estará ubicado en Guadalajara, Norte.

- Capacitación sobre procesos de Punzonado y Doblado.
- Desarrollo de ayudas visuales y materiales de entrenamiento.
- Evaluar competencias técnicas.
- Seguimiento al proceso de certificación.
- Asegurar que el personal conozca y aplique los estándares de seguridad de las máquinas.
- Apoyar en la inducción técnica de nuevos ingresos.

Habilidades indispensables para el rol:

- Operación de máquinas de punzonado CNC.
- Operación de máquinas dobladoras CNC.
- Interpretación de planos mecánicos.
- Uso de instrumentos de medición.
- Herramientas de mejora continua.
