A Day in the Life:

- Support governance, risk, compliance, and internal control activities across GBS operations
- Assist in implementing and improving control frameworks and standard processes
- Identify, assess, and track risks, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
- Monitor compliance with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate control reviews, audits, and compliance assessments
- Prepare reports and analyze data to provide insights for decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to track mitigation plans and ensure accountability
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance controls and operational efficiency

Who We’re Looking For

- Required: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Law, Engineering, International Business or a related field.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and internal control principles
- Ability to analyze data, risks, and action plans with strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Effective communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
