**Position**: Senior Logistics Coordinator
**Location**: Apodaca, Actual León, Mexico
We are looking for a **Senior Logistics Coordinator** to provide direct support to internal partners and external customers regarding transportation, trade compliance, and logistics matters.
This role works closely with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and Warehouses to meet service level commitments, support supply chain improvement initiatives, and contribute to company goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate transportation operations for inbound, inter-company, replenishment, and customer shipments.
- Investigate and follow up on shipment incidents (delays, losses, damages, customs holds).
- Prepare accurate shipping and customs documentation.
- Analyze freight costs, transit times, and carrier performance.
- Support ERP testing, data uploads, and logistics process implementations.
- Generate reports and provide insights to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Develop training materials, SOPs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain,



Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or supply chain management.
- ERP knowledge (Oracle preferred), data analysis and reporting skills.
- Ability to document processes, support projects, and recommend improvements.
- Intermediate/Advanced English (preferred for global collaboration).
