This role will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will work closely with Hiring Managers and leadership to identify, engage, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
The Junior Recruiter will help shape the candidate's experience and contribute to the team's continued growth and success.Responsibilities:Own full lifecycle recruiting activities for cleared and uncleared positionsSource candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals,



and internal database (ATS)Typically manages 4-6 active requisitions, with flexibility to support additional hiring needs tied to new federal contract awards of varying sizeSupport consistent sourcing activity each week to ensure healthy pipeline generation for priority rolesConduct initial recruiter screens to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and overall fitCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teamsMaintain accurate and timely data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by ensuring all candidate information, workflows, and documentation is up to date and accurateDeliver a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-throughParticipate in recruiting events, job fairs, networking and other talent-focused initiatives#J-*****-Ljbffr
