Attention to detail and drive to complete tasks will be essential in ensuring the quality and integrity of the screening process.Individual must be Bilingual in Spanish & English (verbal and written)Location: Position based in our Mexico City office (Polanco, CDMX )Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CSTResponsibilitiesHandle verifications for some of our high-profile clients.Know customer SOPs and FADV systemsVerify candidate details including current and previous employment, education, professional licenses, certifications and references.Contact companies and educational institutions to verify candidate-provided information.Communicate with third parties such as employers, schools, state boards, and online databases to verify information.Write detailed and accurate reports flagging any discrepancies found during the verifications process.Record confirmed information in our First Advantage's platforms, ensuring data integrity.Perform quality checks to meet client-specific standards.Meet daily volume and accuracy targets.Perform other related tasks and functions as needed.RequirementsHigh School Diploma, GED,
