This is more than an internship, it's the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.Face to face interaction with employees, managers, internal and external stakeholder.Support to daily HR Services activities: Employee Folders, Employee Personal Data changes in systems, Global Projects, Contractual Changes, Time & Absences, etc.Lead and implement different HR global and local initiatives.Be aware about local policies to deliver a good experience to the internal customers.Be responsible of all tasks about Onboarding and Offboarding process.Provide 1:1 consultancy on local HR policies, acting as a second-level case manager for policy queries.Support partnerships with HR Directors, People Relations, Total Rewards, Payroll, Talent Discovery and external vendors.What You'll BringA curious and agile mindset, with a passion for learning and the resilience to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
