This role manages the overall financial operation for the site, including but not limited to taxes, audits, budgets, banking, AP, Payroll, financial closings, internal financial controls, and other related projects and functions.
- Lead the month-end close process and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate internal control activities, including minimum control requirements, annual process reviews, and audit support.
- Budget Management.
- Summaries for final review and confirmation of financial closing figures.
- Tax payments (State, Federal, Social Security), including IMSS and SUA.
- Strong communication with local tax authorities (SAT).
- Legal matters in collaboration with external legal counsel.
- Manages AAA VAT Certification compliance.
- Banking operations.
- Payroll disbursements.
- Purchase Authorization (PA) process.
- Coordinate standards balance sheet reviews.
- Annual depreciations
- Supports the global team in tax-related matters.
- Supports strategic communications and financial reporting across functions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial processes and outcomes.
- Present financial information and updates during monthly operations reviews.
Experiência y requisitos




Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting from an accredited college or university is required.
+10 years experience in similar role in large (+1000 HC) maquiladora manufacturing industry is required.
Fully Bilingual spanish/english
Advanced TRESS knowledge
Advanced MS EXCEL knowledge
Intermediate Hyperion and ORACLE ERP/MRP knowledge
Proven leadership and Team Collaboration skills.
