As we continue to grow, we're looking for a **creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Content Creator** to help amplify our voice online, generate consistent lead flow, and position our brand as a trusted authority in the industry.
**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**: Social Media & Content Creation
- Create original content (graphics, videos, reels, carousels) for platforms such as **Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn**, and YouTube
- Draft clear and engaging captions, CTAs, and scripts tailored to our audience: homebuyers, real estate agents, and investors
- Repurpose video/audio content into shorter clips, stories, reels, and quote cards
- Maintain and grow a monthly **social content calendar** with educational, promotional, and brand-awareness posts
- Record or assist with filming TikToks, Reels, or talking-head videos featuring loan officers or agents
- Help turn mortgage program updates into clear, digestible posts or handouts
Graphic Design & Brand Identity




- Help maintain brand consistency across all content platforms
Performance & Strategy
- Monitor content performance through insights & analytics
- Suggest improvements or trends to test (hashtags, video styles, calls to action)
- Collaborate directly with mortgage team to brainstorm and prioritize weekly content ideas
**Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management
- Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Graphic design experience using **Canva** (Canva Pro a plus)
- Confident writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Strong time-management skills and ability to juggle multiple content projects
- Video editing basics using tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva Video, or Adobe Premiere Rush
- Comfortable communicating and working with sales or loan officer teams
- Ability to write in both English and Spanish
- Familiarity with **mortgage**, **real estate**, or **financial services**:
- Experience with CRM systems (Jungo, Total Expert, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience running Facebook or Instagram Ads
