**Working Hours: 9am-6pm EST**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles (50+ hires per cycle).
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain ATS data accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring priorities, timelines, and role requirements.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline health, bottlenecks, and recruitment metrics.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment for roles in the United States.
- Based in Latin America, with strong ability to work across U.S. time zones.
- Proven ability to fill 15+ roles per week in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency using ATS tools (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Strong organizational and communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
