ACTIVITIES:
Provide comprehensive support to Human Resources processes, ensuring the proper execution of key activities such as recruitment, induction, training, document management, and organizational climate, in accordance with internal regulations and current labor legislation.




Execute recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative profiles, ensuring the attraction of the right talent.
Coordinate induction and integration activities for new hires, promoting a positive experience from day one.
Support internal communication in the assigned area.
Manage and keep personnel files up to date, both physical and digital.
Verify compliance with internal policies.
Prepare attendance reports.
Follow up in a timely manner on incidents involving personnel in the different assigned regions, ensuring that they are properly addressed and resolved.
