**Responsibilities**:
- Accurately and efficiently process customer orders, returns, and credits
- Assist in resolving customer issues through internal channels
- Review daily order reports, addressing any discrepancies to ensure compliance with customer service level agreements
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Support the Customer Service team with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English: verbal and written communication (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1 year of experience in administrative processes / Customer service (interaction with U.S. citizens)
- Knowledge of CRM systems (SAP/C) is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel
- Schedule flexibility
