This position will support the timely and accurate delivery of financial statements and monthly management reports, implement and monitor key controls, review processes and make recommendations for improvements, and assist in budgeting and forecasting. The position requires exceptional organizational skills as the successful candidate will work in a multi-company environment.

Responsibilities

· Manage and Supervise the Accounting function of the Mexico Division.

· Payroll

· Accounts receivable

· Accounts payable

· VAT declaration

· Tax Compliance

· Monitor import/export regulations.

· Work diligently with the corporate office

· Analytical analysis of cost changes.

· Support in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including preparation of working papers, variance analysis and comments.

· Internal and external reports

· Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
