**What will you do?

Manage the daily production function within a plant for a single production line or specific area during one shift.
Focus on the development, management, and motivation of production personnel to increase productivity and improve efficiencies.
**How will you do it?

- Supervise production personnel, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards in all operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production schedules.
- Monitor production metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement in efficiency and output.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance the skills and motivation of production staff.
- Evaluate performance of team members, providing feedback and addressing any issues to promote a positive work environment.




- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to optimize production processes.
**What are we looking for?
**
- A university degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a 2-year degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail in production processes.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and other departments.
- Proficiency in production management software and tools.
