**Responsibilities**:
Management, Monitoring and Control MDS and Failure Analysis Inventory
Measurement, Analysis and Improvement of key performance indicators, Turnover, Productivity and Second pass yield.
Administration and Management of MDS and FA Technical, Capacity planning of MDS as well as the Performance Measurement and Compliance Plans Delivery
Ensure Compliance in the feedback of epidemic failures and development of Diagnostic cookbooks and Process Improvement for MDS process
Generate Strategies for achieving improvements to Process MDS and FA
