We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Director to lead and execute our business growth strategy.
This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and leading high-performing commercial teams to achieve ambitious business objectives.The Commercial Director will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Senior Leadership, to develop and implement strategies that maximize profitability, enhance customer satisfaction, and support long-term organizational success.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales and commercial teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive business decisions.
- Establish and track sales forecasts, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes, customer engagement, and operational effectiveness.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in senior commercial, sales, business development, or general management roles.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading large teams.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
