Se trata de un puesto totalmente remoto para brindar apoyo a un bufete de abogados especializado en lesiones personales con sede en California.En este puesto, usted será el primer punto de contacto para los clientes potenciales, ayudando a gestionar las consultas iniciales, recopilar información y ofrecer una experiencia profesional y empática.Es una excelente ocasión para candidatos con sólidas habilidades de comunicación que tengan interés en el ámbito legal o experiencia previa en atención al cliente o en la recepción y evaluación inicial de casos legales.Key Responsibilities:- Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries in English and Spanish- Conduct initial intake calls and gather relevant case information- Follow structured scripts and questionnaires when needed- Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication to potential clients- Accurately document call details in the system- Identify qualified leads and escalate when appropriate- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesQualifications:- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)- Prior experience in customer service, call center,
