You will design, implement, and deliver engaging training programs that elevate product knowledge, artistry, and sales techniques across our locations.
Empower Retail Teams: Deliver high-impact training sessions focusing on brand heritage, product knowledge, and clienteling.
Performance Tracking: Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and collaborate with management to identify areas for growth.
Bachelor’s degree
~5–7-year training experience in perfumes & beauty sector
~ Experience: Proven track record working as a Trainer or in a similar field-training capacity.
~ Advanced, fluent English is absolutely mandatory for this role.
