We’re Hiring: Operations Coordinator – Time Critical (Remote, Mexico) PARCEL PILOTS is a global On-Board Courier (OBC) and time-critical logistics provider based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. We ensure the world's most urgent shipments take off – fast, reliable, and with full transparency.

We're looking for a hands-on Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our growing remote team and coordinate time-critical shipments around the globe.

Your role
Manage OBC and time-critical transport requests from quotation to delivery
Communicate directly with couriers, clients, and airline partners
Monitor ongoing shipments and proactively solve issues in real time
Work on a shift-based schedule to support our 24/7 global operations
Support in optimizing workflows and expanding our courier network

Experience in time-critical logistics
Strong communication and organizational skills
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Comfort working in a shift-based, 24/7 environment
Fluent in English and Spanish
Based in Mexico
