Initiate and utilize strategic relationships with schools, clubs, federations, and IMG Academy ambassadors to drive enrollment across all sports in camp and academy programs.The role covers the full South America / LATAM territory,



beyond our existing team in Brazil and Mexico.Position Responsibilities:Reporting to the Director of Integral Sales to execute the outreach and achieve sales targets in camp, academy, and team training programsAbility to generate leads via external events and activities across the South America / LATAM regionMaintain an accurate pipeline of all outreach in addition to ROIDaily communication with strategic relationships created across the region providing updates, support, education on IMGA developments and pertinent communicationDeliver seminars and presentations to various audiences of families, teams, coaches, schools, federation officials, etc. on behalf of IMG AcademyMaintaining a thorough knowledge of IMG Academy campus, including the Academy programs, Camp Programs and IMGA SchoolDemonstrating technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas of the sport programProperly and effectively using the necessary CRM softwareWork closely with marketing department to ensure outreach events are properly resourced with promotional materials, presentation displays, and appropriate collateralAttend fairs and seminars with a focus on prospecting families looking to attend camp and/or school abroadAdhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codesOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing or related fieldStrong decision making, negotiation and problem solving skillsThorough understanding of the athletic and school landscape throughout South America and the LATAM regionAthletic background playing sports in South America or the LATAM regionOutside sales experience managing an assigned territoryExperience in dealing with international clienteleBi-Lingual – Spanish and EnglishProficiency with MS Office and database creation/managementExperience with budgets and expense oversightAbility to create and execute marketing plansExpert attention to detailDesire to work collaboratively with colleaguesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred SkillsMaster’s degree
