- Manage and oversee all tax compliance processes and filings in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's financial performance.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and ensure timely updates to internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide guidance on tax-related matters.
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure accuracy in tax reporting and documentation.
- Liaise with external tax authorities and consultants to address queries and resolve issues.




- Prepare detailed reports and analyses to support decision-making processes.
- Lead and mentor the tax team to achieve departmental objectives effectively.

Perfil buscado

A successful Tax Manager should have:

- A degree in Accounting
- In-depth knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements in Mexico.
- Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in tax software and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
