This role ensures that testing activities are efficiently integrated into the production workflow, optimizing time, resources, layouts, and work methods.He or she acts as a liaison between manufacturing,
quality, and testing, ensuring that processes are repeatable, safe, and aligned with production and product release requirements.ResponsibilitiesDesign and improve testing area layouts, considering product flow, safety, and ergonomics.Integrate the testing area into the overall production flow (end-of-line).Define and standardize validation processes from a manufacturing perspective.Optimize the sequence of operations to reduce cycle time and waste.Time and Capacity AnalysisConduct time and motion studies (MTM, Modapts).Perform workload balance in the testing area.Define installed capacity and headcount requirements.Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in validation processes.Process Standardization and ControlDevelop work instructions and operating standards for testing.Ensure the proper implementation of repeatable and controlled processes.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department (test time, efficiency,
