What will your functions be?
Atención técnica al cliente interno (telefónica, email, Teams)Seguimiento, canalización y resolución de incidencias en el portal de soporte (Jira)Identificar las necesidades del cliente y proponer mejoras en las herramientas corporativas y en los procedimientos establecidosPreparar documentación técnica sobre procedimientos IT y elaborar recursos formativosImpartir acciones formativas a clientes internos en función de las necesidades existentesWhat are we looking for?
Poseer formación cualificado técnica ITContar con al menos 2 años de experiencia previa en atención al cliente (servicios de soporte, call centers, etc.)Nivel alto de inglés y/o francés (se dará soporte a usuarios a nivel internacional)Conocimientos en sistemas de ticketing como Jira o ServicedeskCapacidad de orientación al cliente, trabajo en resolución de incidenciasInquietud por nuevas tecnologíasSer una persona con capacidad resolutiva, capacidad de trabajo en equipo y buenas habilidades comunicativasWhat do we offer?
