BIA Homecare Services

BIA Homecare Services is looking for a motivated Recruiter to help us find, interview, and onboard qualified caregivers. This is a fully remote position for someone who is comfortable managing candidates, moving quickly, and keeping the hiring process organized from first contact through onboarding.

If you have at least one year of recruiting experience and enjoy working with people, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

- Recruit and source qualified caregivers
- Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates
- Screen candidates based on experience, qualifications, and availability
- Keep candidates moving through the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding
- Collect and maintain required candidate information and documentation
- Communicate clearly with candidates throughout the process
- Keep recruiting records and applicant statuses up to date
- Work with the team to make sure new caregivers are ready for onboarding and placement
- Help improve the recruiting process as we grow

What We're Looking For





- Must speak English
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience
- Strong communication and interviewing skills
- Comfortable conducting phone and video interviews
- Organized and able to manage multiple candidates at once
- Strong follow-up skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Professional, reliable, and responsive
- Experience recruiting caregivers or healthcare workers is a plus
