We're looking for a Property Manager to support the following activities:
- Communicate and address the needs of the HOA Board of Directors, responding to all Homeowner inquiries and requests in a timely & professional manner.
- Execute given directions for maintenance of the property, including but not limited to securing vendors, soliciting bids for work, scheduling and coordination of vendor appointments, sending notices to keep the community informed, and enforcement of community rules.
- Attend periodic evening Board Meetings virtually. Assist in the efficiency of the meeting, and prepare Board Packets prior to the meeting as requested.
- Assist with Board election procedures,
including the execution of balloting/voting procedures for Special Assessments.
- Review and decipher HOA governing documents to clarify homeowner questions and help settle minor disputes between homeowners and the HOA.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday (30-minute lunch)
- During daylight saving: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST MX
- Regular schedule: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST MX
This position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by yourself).

Requirements:
MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in HOA or Property management.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Hospitality.
- Ability to read association rules, governing documents, and system criteria.
- Multitask effectively.
