Ubicación: Azcapotzalco, CDMX, México
Esquema: Híbrido en oficinas de CDMX Azcapotzalco. 3 días oficina y 2 remoto.

Horario: Lunes a Viernes
Idioma: Inglés avanzado conversacional requerido. B2, C1, C2, Nativo.
Escolaridad: · Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
Experiencia: +-1 año.
De prefencia: Alguien recién egresado o con poca experiencia profesional (1 año), que aporte energía, iniciativa, ganas de aprender y deseo de contribuir al crecimiento del equipo.
Se trata de un perfil de IT con enfoque en Finanzas, que brindará soporte exclusivo a proyectos del área financiera. Es importante que cuente con experiencia en el manejo de software y herramientas tecnológicas relacionadas.
Position Summary
The Finance IT Analyst SSC plays a critical role in developing business information solutions that enhance productivity across the Shared Services Center Americas (SSC). This position is responsible for extracting and analyzing data, creating complex reports, and delivering insights that support strategic decision-making within the SSC Americas community. This role acts as a strategic bridge between the Finance and IT functions within our SSC and it is critical in identifying opportunities, driving cross-functional projects, and implementing innovative technology solutions—including AI—to enhance financial processes, efficiency, and decision-making.
Primary Responsibilities
Business–IT Liaison
· Act as the primary point of contact between Finance and IT teams.
· Interpret internal and external business issues, recommending best practices and innovative approaches.
· Ensure alignment between financial objectives and technology delivery.
Project Identification & Execution
· Identify opportunities to improve financial processes through technology and productivity.
· Lead or support cross-functional projects from ideation to implementation.
· Collaborate with IT in a SSC environment
Process Improvement & Best Practices
· Drive standardization and automation of financial processes.
· Promote best practices in financial systems, data governance, and reporting.
· Continuously assess and improve operational efficiency.
· Create and maintain training documentation for tools and solutions.
Digital Transformation & Innovation
· Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation tools, analytics platforms).
· Support use cases such as predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and data-driven decision-making.
Contribute to the SSC’s digital roadmap.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
· Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner.
· Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and training activities.
· Build strong relationships with finance teams, IT teams, and external partners.
· Gather and document business requirements to design end-to-end reporting and analytics solutions.
· Stablish and monitor KPIS of adoption, productivity (hard and soft savings) and satisfaction of application use for the end users

Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
· 1 year of experience in a Financial Systems Analyst or Business Analyst role in SSC
· Strong understanding of RTR, PTP, OTC
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BIA, and SQL.
· Experience with JDE Edwards, MS Power BI, MS Teams, and Oracle OBIEE preferred, .Net and JDE orchestrations
· Demonstrated ability to analyze data and proactively identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
· Prior experience in developing, and automating processes is required.
