REQUISITOS

- Licenciatura concluida.

- 2 year of employment in a related position e.g. Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources.

- Previous experience in international hospitality industry highly preferred.

- Previous experience in Vacation Ownership, Time Share preferred.

- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace (Spanish/English).

- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Most tasks are performed in a team environment with this position acting as a team leader.

- Must possess advanced computer skills.

- Must be highly organized, provide attention to detail and understand a sense of urgency.

- Ability to learn, study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches.

ACTIVIDADES

- Partnering with México Recruitment team,



supports the national recruitment strategy implementation, recruitment initiatives, activities and processes on site, including: screening, pre-qualifying and contacting applicants.

- Coordinates sourcing strategy creating engaging job postings to be placed in a wide variety of sources including: social media, online job boards, printed materials and massive media.

- Coordinates interviews with Client Recruitment team as well as Panel interviews with hiring area leaders.

- Coordinates and analyses background and reference checks with designated providers.

- Prepares and delivers all required feedback and correspondence to applicant candidates. Supports recruitment related functions in and out site as required.
