We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Account Executive to join our leasing team. This person will oversee client vacancies from start to finish, help move units quickly, process rental applications, and work closely with property owners and management companies.

This role is adecuado for someone with real estate experience who understands leasing, pricing, client communication, and how to manage multiple vacancies at once.

Responsibilities

- Oversee client vacancies from start to finish
- Help price rental units based on market conditions, demand, and feedback
- Monitor listings and provide recommendations to help move units faster
- Process rental applications and communicate updates clearly
- Coordinate with clients, applicants, leasing agents, and internal team members
- Provide weekly updates and meet with clients to review vacancies, pricing, showings, applications, and next steps




- Identify issues that may be slowing down leasing and recommend solutions
- Maintain accurate notes, updates, and records in company systems
- Follow up with clients and applicants throughout the leasing process
- Help ensure units are marketed properly and moving toward lease signing

Requirements

- Real estate experience required
- Leasing experience required
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and vacancies at the same time
- Comfortable speaking with property owners, managers, applicants, and internal teams
- Strong understanding of rental pricing and leasing trends
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep things moving
- Comfortable using email, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and leasing platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $285,000.00 - $713,000.00 per year
