As we grow, we are building a bilingual remote support team to help us respond to every patient who reaches out.

About the Role

We are hiring a Bilingual Appointment Setter to be the first voice and message our future patients hear. You will call, text, and email inbound leads to book consultations, follow up with warm prospects, and keep our schedule full. This is not a cold sales role. Every lead you contact has already raised their hand and asked about a procedure. You will work directly inside our CRM, log every conversation, and help our surgical coordinators focus on closing consults. Top performers earn bonuses for booked and completed consultations.

Compensation and Schedule

- Base pay: $800 USD per month, based on experience
- Performance bonuses per completed consultation
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time
- Full-time, remote contractor position

What You Will Do

- Contact new inbound leads within minutes of their inquiry by phone, SMS, and email
- Qualify prospective patients and book them into consultation calendars
- Follow up with prospects who have not yet scheduled, using templated and personalized outreach
- Handle inbound calls, texts, and web chat inquiries in both English and Spanish
- Update every contact record in our CRM with accurate notes, tags, and next steps
- Confirm upcoming appointments and reduce no-shows through proactive reminders
- Escalate complex clinical or financial questions to the appropriate coordinator




- Meet daily and weekly booking targets

Required Qualifications

- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Advanced English proficiency, with clear pronunciation and a professional tone on live calls with U.S.-based patients
- Prior experience using a CRM such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar
- Two or more years of experience in appointment setting, sales development, inside sales, or a similar phone-based role
- Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet home office, a working computer, and a USB headset
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls, texts, and emails each day
- Strong written communication with attention to grammar and spelling in both languages

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in aesthetics, med spa, cosmetic surgery, dental, or another patient-facing healthcare setting
- Experience with SMS marketing platforms and dialers
- Basic understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality (training provided)
