We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join a fast-growing team. This individual will be responsible for managing the full accounting cycle, collaborating closely with vendors and clients, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the company's day-to-day financial operations.

The idóneo candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle accounting operations.
- Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Work closely with vendors and clients to address billing inquiries, payment issues, and account reconciliations.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Process and reconcile transactions through Stripe.
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks.
- Support cash flow management and financial reporting processes.




- Identify opportunities to improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of accounting experience.
- Experience managing full-cycle accounting responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Stripe.
- Experience working directly with clients and vendors.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Professional-level English communication skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $140.00 - $200.00 per hour
