Qualifications

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

- Current university student approaching graduation in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field (required).
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Availability to commuteto San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León (66269)
- Advanced English proficiency is required (100% of the interview process will be conducted in English).
- Proactive attitude and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.




- Previous experience in a similar role (6 months preferred).

Responsibilities

- Conduct bilingual recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Perform administrative tasks, including collecting and maintaining employee documentation in company databases.
- Verify candidate and employee documentation.
- Monitor and follow up on drivers' documentation.
- Screen employment applications.
- Maintain accurate control and follow-up of driver documentation.
- Support and monitor recruitment processes.
