You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:

- Leading design development and strategic product selection for large, high-profile client accounts, delivering solutions that align with customer goals and business objectives.
- Managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, guiding deliverables from concept through implementation while balancing quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborating with sales teams, engineering partners, dealers, architects, designers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to create successful project outcomes.
- Influencing business decisions through thoughtful design recommendations, implementation strategies,



and customer-focused solutions.
- Developing design documentation, presentations, standards, training materials, and project deliverables that support successful execution across teams and partners.
- Identifying risks, solving complex challenges, and creating innovative solutions that address evolving customer and project needs.
- Coaching and mentoring team members while sharing expertise and best practices across projects and processes.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- 6-9 years of experience in interior design, workplace design, or a related design field.
- Experience working directly with customers and presenting design solutions.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating competing priorities.
- Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience leading design efforts for large, complex, or strategic client accounts.
- Ability to build strong relationships and establish credibility with clients, sales teams, dealers, and cross-functional partners.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to translate customer needs into thoughtful design solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic and creative responses to business and design challenges.




- Strong attention to detail while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to achieve project and business objectives.
- Experience creating presentations, design documentation, standards, and client-facing deliverables.
- Experience specifying Steelcase products and furniture systems.
