What will you do as an Instructional Designer at Sealed Air?

As an Instructional Designer at Sealed Air , you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality learning experiences for a global workforce of approximately 16,000 employees across corporate, functional, technical, and manufacturing environments. You will bring learning to life across multiple formats, from microlearning and full eLearning courses to SharePoint learning hubs, playbooks, job aids, and performance support tools. This is a hands-on, production-focused role where precision, visual quality, brand consistency, and learner experience matter. You will also integrate AI into your everyday design workflow to accelerate content creation while maintaining high standards for accuracy and quality. Working with stakeholders across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific, you will create learning solutions designed for a truly global audience.

Why do we need you?
Design and develop scenario-based and competency-driven eLearning courses using Articulate 360 Storyline and Rise, as well as engaging microlearning experiences for professional learners.




Create in-the-flow-of-work learning and performance support solutions , including workflow guides, embedded help, playbooks, quick reference guides, decision trees, checklists, process maps, and system navigation materials.
Produce AI-powered learning content , including AI-avatar and narrated videos, incorporating scripting, prompt design, scene creation, and iterative review.
Design and maintain SharePoint L&D; pages and learning hubs , organizing content and creating an intuitive experience for learners.
Develop LMS and visual learning assets , including system tiles, banners, graphics, templates, infographics, visual summaries, and campaign materials aligned with Sealed Air brand standards.
Create facilitator guides, participant materials, storyboards, content outlines, knowledge checks, and assessments aligned with learning objectives.
Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate complex information into clear, accessible, publication-ready learning content for general and multicultural audiences.
Manage multiple learning projects and content formats simultaneously while collaborating effectively across global time zones and maintaining consistent standards for quality and accuracy.
What do you need to succeed?
Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise , with the ability to independently build learning experiences from scratch.
Strong professional use of AI tools for content creation and instructional design , including ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Synthesia, HeyGen, or comparable platforms.
Strong prompt design, AI-assisted writing, editing, localization, and AI video production capabilities.
Proficiency with visual design tools such as Canva Pro, Adobe Express, or Figma , with the ability to create brand-compliant learning assets and reusable templates.
Experience with video and media production tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, or equivalent platforms, including captions and accessibility considerations.
Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Online , including page creation, content organization, and web part configuration, plus familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Learning or comparable LMS platforms.




English fluency , with the ability to produce grammatically precise, publication-ready content for a global professional audience.
Strong understanding of global learning design, accessibility, localization, plain language, cultural neutrality, visual hierarchy, and learner experience .
