We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our AR team across multiple business units. This role requires strong ownership, accuracy, and the ability to manage a fast paced financial workflow. The adecuado candidate is organized, reliable, and confident managing AR processes from end to end.

Responsibilities

- Lead the Accounts Receivable team and daily AR operations
- Oversee invoicing, collections, and cash application
- Maintain accurate aging reports and reduce overdue balances
- Coordinate with AP, payroll, and operations to resolve account issues
- Improve AR processes and documentation
- Prepare weekly AR metrics and financial reporting for leadership
- Ensure timely customer communication and follow up
- Support month end close activities related to AR
- And all other accounting duties as assigned

Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of AR or bookkeeping experience
- Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, and reconciliation




- Experience with accounting software and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and customer follow up skills
- Ability to lead a small team and manage workload independently
- High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred

- Experience in construction, home services, or logistics
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms
- Process improvement or SOP development experience
