Naviva® a Four Seasons Resort, is seeking a Restaurant Manager who is passionate about excellence and brings enthusiasm to everything they do. You will be responsible for optimizing the department's operations and will report directly to the Operations Manager. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the country.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in event planning and operations
- Excellent guest relations skills
- Advanced proficiency in computer applications and systems
- Knowledge of the Opera system (preferred)
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Leadership abilities
- Strong focus on quality and continuous improvement
- Excellent organizational skills and proactive mindset
- Versátil schedule and availability to work varied hours
