About the role
We are seeking an organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Temporary Employee Manager Support to join our E&MS; team. In this role, you will provide operational HR support across onboarding and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees, candidates, and key stakeholders while maintaining service excellence and compliance with established procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Creating and tracking offer letters
- Validating onboarding documentation
- Coordinating pre-employment activities such as background checks
- Maintaining employee information in internal HR systems (e.g., MySuccess)
- Manage and follow up on HR cases and requests through ServiceNow/Employee Center related to: New hires,
Employee changes, General HR inquiries, etc.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of HR processes.
- Support onboarding sessions by coordinating invitations, attendance tracking, and participation follow-up.
- Maintain operational trackers, databases, and employee records with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist with the administration and management of digital employee files.
- Provide support across various employee lifecycle activities, including promotions, contract renewals, and employee data changes.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high-quality case management standards.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's Degree completed.Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Shared Services, HR Operations, or Service Center environments.
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
- Portuguese language skills are desirable.
- Ability to work effectively within established corporate policies and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer service orientation and stakeholder focus.
