Responsibilities- Support the management and follow-up of a small customer portfolio.- Assist with reporting activities and data tracking within the Collections team.- Help maintain and update customer account information and collection records.- Utilize Excel to analyze and organize operational data.- Learn and work with tools such as SAP and HighRadius to support daily activities.- Participate in continuous improvement projects and administrative tasks within the department.Requirements- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.- Intermediate Excel skills.- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.- Strong analytical and organizational skills.- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.- Willingness to learn and develop within a finance and collections environment.
