We are seeking a Supply PlannerKey Responsibilities- Responsible for all inventory assigned to his/her commodity and accountable for taking actions.- Responsible for placing and follow up of all purchase orders for all vendors.- Responsible for checking in regularly with his/her assigned vendors for ensuring delivery on time.- Accountable for Supplier On time Delivery monthly results.- Works together with Procurement and vendors on improvement actions.- Responsible for solving any discrepancy on invoices reported by finance.- Notifying to Traffic team of pick up at vendors facilities and responsible for follow up.- Responsible for giving support during DMRs with quality team.- Keep master data for all purchased parts on his/her commodity are updated and up to date.- Work closely with Procurement on escalating critical issues and supports the SC leader in reporting the KPIS.- Ensure familiarity with the processes and procedures that are interrelated with the position.Profile- Bachelor’s degree in international trade, Logistics, Industrial engineering & related.- 3+ years of experience in similar position.- Excellent communication and project management abilities.- Fluent in English.What We Offer- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- A collaborative environment within a general company.
